TPPT studio is based within the Hockey Centre, and offers fantastic facilities within an inspiring setting. It comprises of a modern gym with a combination of cardiovascular and resistance machines.

At TPPT studio, it is our mission to promote healthy lifestyle changes in a positive and motivational manner by offering services in personal fitness training, nutritional advice and sport massage therapy to the local community and beyond.

TPPT studio will operate as an exclusive studio for those serious about obtaining results. Personal training has been found to increase exercise adherence for longer and also provides the advantage of structured programmes for a given goal.

Eric Ogoe is founder of “Trent Park Personal Training Studio”.  Eric started his career in Personal Training in 2007, and in just over 3 years has established himself as one of London’s successful personal trainers. He is extremely self motivated and passionate about guiding and inspiring others towards attaining their health and fitness goals.

Eric is committed to Constant and Never Ending Improvement (C.A.N.I), and this is reflected in his training philosophies. He believes in continual education and is currently studying to become a Nutritional Practitioner.

Eric has actively been involved in sports all his life, having competed at county (Northamptonshire) level in 3 disciplines - namely; Basketball, Rugby and Triple jump. He possesses over 20 years fitness training experience - covering all aspects of the fitness conumdrum, including aerobic training, muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power and speed.
